मुंबई हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर अवैध निर्माण पर चला हथौडा, कार्यकारी अभियंता नितिन कांबले बोले- जारी रहेगी तोडक कार्रवाई

In this case notice u/s 354 A was issued by b m c also speaking order was also issued , against b m c speaking order, owner/ occupant have moved to Honourable High court, after listening to prayers from owner/ occupant , Honourable High court has refused the prayer, and instructed b m c to demolish the structure. So according to the Order b m c has taken the demolition with help of local , kurla police station.
